Return and Exchange Policy

At Nostalgia Scents, we are committed to providing authentic, high-quality products that meet the highest standards.

1. Customers are entitled to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, in accordance with consumer protection regulations in the State of Kuwait, provided that the product is:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In its original condition with full packaging

2. Due to the nature of our products (perfumes, incense, body oils, and tanning products), these items are classified as personal care products. Therefore:
- Returns or exchanges are strictly not accepted once the product has been opened or used under any circumstances
- Any request that does not meet hygiene and safety standards will be rejected

3. In case of a manufacturing defect or receiving an incorrect item:
- The customer must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order
- Clear photos of the issue must be provided
- The request will be reviewed, and an appropriate action will be taken (replacement or compensation)

4. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction after using the product
- Failure to review product details before purchase
- Sale items or promotional products

5. We reserve the full right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not comply with the above conditions.
